$50 non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your date and time
• No additional guests may be added within
3 days of the scheduled party
• A parent/guardian must sign a release form for each guest on the day of the party
• Guests should wear
comfortable clothing (no belts, rivets, zippers, or buttons)

Bare feet are required inside the studio
•
No jewelry or gum permitted
• Only invited guests are allowed inside the studio
• No food or beverages are permitted on the training floor
• United Taekwon-Do Studio is
not responsible for lost or stolen items
